While I often feature a fine dining restaurant, usually offering dinner service only, I was so impressed with a recent breakfast experience that I felt compelled to share.  Now that the weather is dropping from what felt like a never ending summer, I felt the urge to visit downtown Palm Springs for a bite to eat before shopping along the strip.  I happened upon a small eatery known as Café Europa.  Open for breakfast and lunch only, and boasting a fresh and organic menu with French flair, this bistro-style restaurant has become a new favorite.  Read more...
